Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Élevé by Elika Peka website (this “Site”) handles information. Élevé by Elika Peka is an esthetics studio located at 4101 S Fort Hood St, Suite 140, Killeen, TX 76542.

Information this website collects

This Site is a simple, informational website. It does not include contact forms, accounts, or logins of its own, and it does not ask you to submit personal information. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this Site, and we do not set tracking cookies.

Standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) may be processed automatically by our web hosting provider as part of delivering and securing the Site, in line with that provider’s own practices.

Booking and third-party services

Our Book and Gift Cards pages display our scheduling and payment provider, PocketSuite, in an embedded frame, and “Book” buttons link to PocketSuite directly. When you use that booking calendar or gift-certificate checkout, you are interacting with PocketSuite, which operates its own platform and privacy practices. Any information you enter there—such as your name, contact details, or payment information—is handled by PocketSuite, not collected by this Site. PocketSuite may use its own cookies or analytics within the embedded frame under its own privacy policy. Our map frames are provided by Google Maps.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Maps take you to those third-party services, which are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party service you use.

How we use information

Because this Site does not collect personal information directly, we do not sell, rent, or share such information. Information you provide when you contact us by phone or book through PocketSuite is used only to respond to you and to provide the services you request.

Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
